Pusha T and The-Dream Talk ‘Exodus 23:1′

Just about as soon as the new Pusha T track “Exodus 23:1” hit the internet yesterday, it set off a beef between G.O.O.D. music and Lil Wayne and the YMCMB family. Pusha T’s brother, No Malice, got into the action later saying that he wasn’t interesting in any beef.

“Sorry twitter Fam but do I look concerned about anybody’s beef? If it don’t glorify God I am uninterested. #nowgetoffmytimeline!” No Malice wrote.

And it seems Pusha T himself is fairly uninterested in the beef – when he spoke to MTV recently he was all about talking about the new track he made with The-Dream, not any conflict.

He said when he heard the beat, which was produced by Rico, he knew The Dream would be perfect for the track, so that’s how he got involved. He also said that The Dream quickly came up with the hook and that most of his music is made up of his life stories. Is that Pusha’s way of saying he wasn’t attacking anyone? We’ll have to see where the beef goes from here.
